Perhaps it is the large arched windows and the stone fireplace that frame the living area, giving it a romanticism of times past.

The farmhouse dates back to 1800 but has been renovated several times (the last renovation in 2023).

It retains the rustic Tuscan charm thanks to the use of natural materials such as sandstone, brick, and terracotta; characterized by a contemporary touch given by the clean and simple lines of the structure, as well as the use of modern furniture and appliances.
